Soccer Conditioning

Are you looking to increase your endurance and agility? Can you change direction in order to catch your opponent? Challenge yourself with this 5 week outdoor/indoor conditioning camp. Learn drills you can do on your own:

  • Speed Drills
  • Cone Drills
  • Plyometrics
  • Calisthenics (body weight strength exercises)
  • (Five Weeks) 10am

F.A.S.T

Future Athletes Strength Training is a program designed for Arden Hills youth. In this program the participants will learn proper forms, techniques and movements of strength training while participating in a group atmosphere. This is not only important for future growth but it sets a foundation for them to accelerate form.

Arden Hills Boot Camp

Arden Hills trainers have designed this program to change anyone from a sedentary beginner to a “lean, mean fit machine.” This fitness program is enthusiastic, and challenging. Arden Hills Boot Camp concentrates on building lean muscle mass through calisthenics and high intensity circuit training, and by burning fat through aerobic exercise. Come experience the most effective and exciting work out you will ever have.

  • Starting April 14th 9:00am – 10:00am
  • Optional Friday Weights 9:05am – 10:05am

Tennis Specific Weight Training

Learn how to improve your tennis game through plyometrics and endurance style training. The exercises and drills presents will increase agility, speed, footwork, and will be geared towards tennis specific movements.

Kids P.E.

Fitness Trainer, Kylee Wosnuk, will lead your little ones through a class filled with running, jumping, games and education. Class size is limited so call the concierge to sign up today!
