Cancellations & Etiquette

Cancellation Policy

Because spa services are reserved especially for you, and as a courtesy to our other clients and to our staff, we require a 24-hour advance notice when canceling or rescheduling an individual appointment and a 10 day advance notice for reservations of three or more people. Appointments canceled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be charged 100% of the value of the scheduled treatments.

Spa Etiquette

Should I make reservations for my treatments?

Yes, either phone or visit the spa reception desk to make reservations at your earliest convenience. We will request a credit card number to guarantee reservations for Club guests.

What if I need to cancel a spa reservation?

We hope you do not have to cancel. To avoid charges, please honor our 24-hour for individuals and 48-hour for group advance notice cancellation policy. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a 100% fee.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever is comfortable. We will provide you with a robe and slippers before entering the spa. During treatments, our therapists are trained to drape you appropriately for privacy.

Should men shave before a facial?

Yes, we recommend that men shave a few hours before their facial.

When should I arrive?

We suggest you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your reserved time. Please understand that your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

Should I bring my valuables?

For the safety of your valuables, we suggest that you do not bring them with you into the spa. We cannot assume any liability for valuables. There are lockers available in the locker room.

May I request a male or female therapist?

Yes, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All of our therapists are trained to ensure your comfort at all times.

How can I ensure a wonderful spa experience?

Communicate with us! Talking with your therapists will help them to customize your services to ensure your maximum enjoyment.

Is it appropriate to tip?

Gratuity for exemplary service is discretionary and can be handled at the Spa Concierge desk after your treatment.

Are gift cards available?

Gift cards are available for purchase at the Spa Concierge desk and the Sport & Spa Boutique.

May I bring my children with me to the Spa?

The Spa does not accommodate children while you are receiving treatments. However, members may use Club daycare facilities during their spa visit. Be sure to check Kid's Korner hours when making your reservation.
