Our living foods dishes provide the opportunity to try gourmet raw foods that have numerous health benefits. Living foods, or raw cuisine, are either unheated or cooked at temperatures below 100 degrees Fahrenheit to preserve vital enzymes and provide healthy fiber. They can be a beneficial addition to your meals to naturally lower cholesterol, lower blood pressure and assist in weight loss…and they taste great!
Our new living foods “spaghetti,” made with spiralized zucchini and squash, is causing a pleasant stir and delighting palettes. New living foods dishes are rotated into the menu on a regular basis to provide you with endless experiences for fresh and healthy gourmet delights.
We also offer a range of fresh fish, providing Omega-3 and Omega-6 essential fatty acids which benefit your cardiovascular and neurological health---deep sea Ahi, red snapper, swordfish, salmon and Chilean sea bass---all artfully prepared with seasonal produce and epicurean garniture.
Whether it is sumptuous appetizers, delightful living foods dishes, fresh and crispy salads or rich and savory entrees, Mangos takes tropical cuisine to new heights while purposefully enriching your well-being.
Mangos is open: Wednesday through Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 pm, and 5:30 to 9:00 pm; Sundays 10:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
