Arden Hills' Wellness Manager, Ish Fazekas, will lead a meditation class. This is an opportunity to practice meditation in a group setting, learn how to meditate and ask questions about this ancient wellness technique. Ish has been meditating for over fifteen years, having studied with Asian teachers from various disciplines.

Feng Shui

Feng shui means "wind water," in Chinese and refers to the way that energy flows throughout a space. Many westerners are incorporating feng shui concepts into their homes and businesses and finding that it helps productivity and well-being. The ancient idea is that if the external areas are beautiful and well-designed, this elicits feelings of harmony, peace and happiness. These classes will introduce you to the basic concepts and get you stared in rearranging your living and/or working space for maximum wellness.
