Our integrated program uses high performance European training methods, combined with strength and conditioning, nutrition and sport psychology. We thrive to create a healthy environment for our players where their personal development is just as important as their success on the tennis court. We guide them towards becoming confident and successful adults on and off the court. Our team of experts is dedicated to helping each young player to reach their full potential not only on the tennis court, but also in every aspect of their lives.
Arden Hills Tennis Academy
We believe in a personalized approach, not one size fits all. Our training program is modified to each player’s specific needs and skills. We identify each player’s strength and limitations and create personalized and unique programs to fit their needs. Our training programs are goal-specific, fully integrated and personalized to help players peak at the right time and to prevent injuries.
Interested players must submit applications and try out for this program. The application is available at the Wellness Concierge Desk at Arden Hills or online. If you have any questions, email Head Tennis Coach Kati Kocsis at firstname.lastname@example.org.
