Physical WellnessPhysical Wellness

Abs and Spin

A 50-minute workout which combines 40 minutes of stationary spinning and 10 minutes of abdominal work. This is a nice combination of cardiovascular and isotonic exercise.

Anusara Yoga

A unique alignment-orientated form of Yoga created by master teacher John Friend that teaches principles of alignment, grace, simplicity and enjoyment.

Aqua Fitness

You body will be strengthened by the natural resistance of the water in this refreshing non-impact aerobic workout. This can be a challenging workout appropriate for all levels of fitness.

Ballet Stretch & Tone

Utilize effective dance and ballet training techniques to increase your strength, flexibility, posture as well as elongate your muscles and improve your posture.

Body Conditioning

This is an invigorating and comprehensive total body workout combining body bars, stability balls and other equipment.

Foam Roller and Ring Pilates

Learn fun and innovative lengthening techniques while engaging core postures through every pose in this spin-off of Mat Pilates. This class will help you improve posture, flexibility and core strength.

Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga focuses on basic, safe poses that will restore your body, mind and soul. The emphasis is on developing the fundamental postures. No previous experience in Yoga is required.

Group Cycling

A great cardiovascular workout on a stationary bike, full of adventure and great music. All levels welcome; be sure to bring water and a towel.

Hatha Yoga

Combining traditional yoga asanas (poses) with breath awareness, this class will improve your strength, flexibility, posture and overall well-being.

Level II Step

Come join a fun and fast-paced cardio-aerobic exercise class. Level II Step is great for burning calories and toning the trunk area (hips, buttocks, hamstrings). Workout to great music and have a lot of fun!

Long Lean and Limber

Enjoy stretching? Don’t have the time or patience for a full Yoga class? Come and check out Long Lean and Limber! A guided stretching program designed specifically for you to lengthen those tight and stubborn muscles.

Meditative Yoga

If you are stressed out then this class may be just what you need. You can enjoy a focus on relaxation and restorative yoga techniques. This class is based on traditional Hatha Yoga movements that release tension in the body and quiet the mind.

Physique

A fast-paced version of the Sculpt class, designed to challenge you more. For those who like to exert themselves more, this class is for you.

Pilates

Focusing primarily on core stabilization of your abdominal and spinal muscles, Pilates is a powerful and effective system of exercise created by Dr. Joseph Pilates in the 1920s. It will improve your core strength and flexibility utilizing unique movements combined with the breath.

Sculpt

This class consists of non-stop muscular toning and conditioning exercises designed to target all your major muscle groups. Weights, bands, steps and other equipment may be used in this class.

Step/Sculpt

Challenge yourself with this combination of step aerobic movements and muscular toning and conditioning exercises.
